Orders of over £150 ex VAT will be classed as carrige paid.
1a.All Export,Offshore & Highlands
Orders are classed as ex works and will be subject to carraige. The customer will be notified of the carraige cost prior to dispatch.
2. Mainland U.K.
Orders of under £150 ex VAT will be subject to our standard carriage charge of £6.95p
Please Note :
Your order needs to be £150 excluding the automatic 10% discount you will recieve for shopping/ordering online.
Returns
1. ** Please Note** If the carriers deliver any consignment damaged, opened or carton(s) missing, it is the responsibility of the recipient to sign the carriers note accordingly. If the recipient does not do this, any shortage or damage to contents cannot be claimed for.
2. Returns : Returns are to be sent to Ron Cousins Tackle who will at their discretion, repair, exchange or credit all items. All returns will be sent at the purchaser’s expense.
3. Shortages : Any shortages must be notified in writing no later than 5 days from the date of delivery.
